That bumper and exhaust tips he made is the optional N-25 custom bumper that Buick offered on the 71 GSX. I'm not sure that it was even offered in 70. I think 71 was GSX only and 72 was a GS/GSX option. 70 was the first year for a GSX. When I was a member of the Gran Sport Club Of America I had a cool color photo of a line of 70 GSX's that was longer than the line of actual GSX cars built by Buick that first year. There were a lot of clones built. Convertibles were not offered. The VIN number for a real GSX ends in a QQ or XX.
