Model Round-Up (http://www.modelroundup.com) sent out email about the Batmobile snap. They're advertizing it as available June 15 for $19.90. They say they've got the Revell 1/25 2010 Ford Mustang GT Coupe in stock for the same price.

I received my snap Polar Lights Batmobile yesterday. The box has a nice clear panel so you can see the body. It is prepainted gloss black with red stripes, just like the picture Danno posted. I was a little concerned seeing that only one of the trunk ridges has a red stripe. However, a little research on the net shows that as built in 1966, that was the only ridge with a stripe.
I forgot to mention that the bat spinners for the wheels are chrome with red bats prepainted. There are two clear trees in the bag with a piece of foam between them to prevent scratches. I can only see three problems: 1) The red stripes on the body are flat red. It just occurred to me that a nice coat of Future might fix that without screwing up anything else. 2) The Batman and Robin figures leave something to be desired. 3) The chromed antenna thing just behind the hood is kind of thick. I may try to make a replacement from sprue and aluminum foil.
