The guy that owns the Cosma Ray Called me and told me that the original molds that produced the Cosma Ray kit had been destroyed years ago. That is what was told to him by MPC when it was still in business. This is your one chance to get a nice copy of the kit to build or stash! Bubble tops are difficult to make out of clear resin. About one out of four tries makes a good set. I have thought about vacuum forming them but based on my one experience I had when I had Dale help me try to copy the waterfall part I cut out of the 05 Corvette snap kit it did not draw down tight enough to make the "V" shape between the two head rests. I do have an idea that might make it work but I would need to build my own vacuum forming box to give it a try. It would be great if I could hook up with some company that would make these parts out of clear styrene. It would probably be expensive though. If you would like a kit email or PM me. If I do not respond keep bugging me as I have several projects going on and a real job to go to. I don't ask for money until your kit or other parts are made for you. I don't want to get caught up in the usual money game that other resin guys get in. I too might seem to take way too long to get you your parts but you still have your money.

Mark T. Of Dartmouth N. S. of Canada writes "Received the Cosma Ray kits and am most impressed. I did not know you recreated all the kit parts, I am thrilled. It was well worth the wait". And he waited about the same time a father would wait for his child to be born! He got the two kit deal. His kits were in hand before my money order was. Thanks, Mark.

Here is a pic of some more bubble tops I made from yet another brand of clear resin. I did not preheat the mold. They turned out very nice. It is a Polyteck product. To the right is a couple of DBS wheels Johnathon loaned me. They are this same clear with some black transparent paint mixed in. They are not fully cured and may not cure. preheating the mold may be helpful. I looked in the "PARTS WANTED " section for my Cosma Ray mold work. I guess those 5 pages were sacrificed to the forum gods for some reason.....OH WELL!
