Do you really need decals? Have you tried high-density printing on card stock and then clear coat? I'm not trying to talk you out of decals, I'm just presenting alternatives.

If I had a printer I could do it myself, at this point I dont care if its on toilet paper, I just need them done, I have found a place where you can design you'r own plate......

I'm assuming we're talking 1/24 or 1/25 scale here. If you've got a graphics file (like .bmp or .jpg), you could email it to me and I could give it a shot.
