I decided to start on this one, I havent done any building this past week after I finished the Aston and the TG cars. I am doing this for a Mustang community thread I have on MCM. The kit is Revells 06 Mustang GT, I am going to do it as a AZ DPS car, I think. AZ DPS does not use Mustangs, so this is a fantasy what if build I primed the body about four months ago or so, and I was going to paint it this weekend, but didnt have any white paint I could use, and didnt feel like going out today and getting some. AZ DPS(highway patrol) has some F150's that are used for special traffic details and I was told work with ICE, anyways, they this really cool paint scheme on them, using the color of the state flag, but there are no photos online and the only time I see them is on the freeway, so hard to get a pic. Anyways the whole point of that was to say that I was thinking about doing that color scheme on this Stang This is what the paint scheme looks like I am going to do

As Bernie would say "THAT'S THE SPIRIT" I fail a good bit and I keep going.

Hang in there ... you'll get it cleaned up and it'll be fine. We probably wouldn't even know about it if you hadn't shown it.
Masking multi-color paint jobs is one of the most challenging aspects of modeling.
Live and learn ... you'll not repeat the same mistakes, trust me.

I have since stripped the body again, will try this one more time, I was trying to clean it up and kind of made a bigger mess lol.
Its already been primed again, I dont know about that Dan, I seem to make the same mistakes over and over and over again , I guess I am just a really slow leaner , or I just forget lol

From a Monty Python sketch:
Q: And have you learned anything from your mistakes?
A: Yes, I believe that I have learned enough to repeat them flawlessly.
Keep at it, you'll get it. BTW, have you tried Bare Metal Foil or liquid masking? They eliminate bleed-under.
