Call Safelite! Oh, they don't do scale stuff? Then cut a piece of flat clear plastic from some clamshell packaged product, warm it up, and fit it to the frame. It doesn't look like a complex curve. You could probably use a piece of 2-lite soda bottle, too. Bonus - the thickness will be more in scale.

Thank you, I have some clear evergreen sheets on hand, I will try and replace it, to bad safelite does not do models , lol

I'm not sure how flexible the Evergreen sheet is. If it's styrene, the clear will be more brittle than the white. (Colored plastics have rubber or some other "flexibleizer" in them while clear does not.) We all know that the vacuformed packaging plastic is pretty flexible and forgiving (or unforgiving if you're trying to open the package).

FMW The thinner clear sheets are little more flexible, I have 015" thick clear sheets, I have been using clear packaging, just find ones that are to thick can be a problem
