Assulted over an Ipod

This morning around 6am , my girlfriends son was , well beat up for his Ipod, he just got off work, and was waiting to be picked, and some guy I guess wanted to steal his Ipod. He works nights at wally world, he is 19. Anyways, he put up a fight I guess, and had his head rammed into the side of the building.

He was taken by ambo to St Joes, but all is ok, he has a one staple in his head, and he still has is Ipod

While it would of been smart to give it up, it can be replaced, he cant, I can understand while he did put up a fight at the same time. The attack was captured by the surveillance camera's and Goodyear PD was very adamant that he press charges.

Glad he is ok...and he should press charges...thats why these aholes do crap like that...cause no on will do anything about it. My Dad has been mugged twice....once outside of a grocery store and once at a dennys....He now goes everywhere armed..both on his person and a second weapon also in his car at all times

Dave's right ... he must press charges! This type of cretin just continues to prey on people in the hopes that they'll never pick someone with the courage and determination to prosecute them.

He is pressing charges, he is going Monday to the station to take them pics of his injury's , I guess Goodyear Pd already has some leads on the guy that did this.
