At nearly fifteen bucks a can I hope whoever buys it masters it quickly. It is just too dang bad that Bare Metal Foil no longer has their plastic polish available any more. That is still the best polish for clear parts yet.

Have you tried dipping the clear parts in Future (or Pledge with Future or whatever they're calling it today)? I've read that that works well. Haven't tried it on automotive-type parts 'cause I haven't implemented a Future vat yet.

I use the polish for making master parts. It might react poorly to silicone being poured over it.

That paint is for lexan. I don't think it will work on styrene. When I had an RC car the body was made in clear lexan and you painted it from the inside.

Since they are talking about undercoating with gloss black, if believe that:
1) It is for the outside, not the inside
2) Properly selected undercoat will protect the plastic from the Alclad
