PLUNGER FIELD TEST REPORT AT ASU

The other plumber, Gabe and I tested the plunger on a really stopped up toilet. With some effort it did unstop the toilet but it folded back from not being stiff enough. Being too flimsy makes it difficult to use.

WELL.......I have not done a thing with it!! It just won't get finished. I've not been in a model mood. Been trying to get the back yard back in shape. I have not made any resin parts for several days either. I guess I have to give up three kits!

I bought a kit of Alumilite Flex 70. It only yields two plunger cups at $18 bucks each. I did save on shipping by getting it from Hobby Town. The field test was very good. It worked very well on it's first try. It is a bit stiffer than my original.

I got this from Raoul this morning. He did a Beautiful job painting it for me. Now I have to create a wreath from a Cadillac part and glue it around the part that looks ugly. When I brought it to the meeting someone asked if I was going to make a lamp shade, I think I can do that too. I will create a mold a different way out of some really expensive silicone that I got from Polytek. It is Polytek 71-20 a 1:1 mix. It will be compatible with the Polytek PT Flex 50 and 60 that I will make the plungers out of. I called Polytek, they make a resin that is clear like glass it is called Glassrub 50 and a product called 1470. I will show pics of the plunger cup pics but after that it is double secret information.
