As Bernie mentioned elsewhere, Dan Hoadley's Chevy station wagon was selected as the first winner of MCM's Reader's Resin Model of the Month.
Congratulations, Dan! Your wagon looks great in print!

I have an old Hubley kit, 33 Chevy roadster. I started it years ago, like everything else it went back in the box, to for more aging....I think they were 1/20th scale...and talk about molding lines!!! The blades on the ole X-acto knife sure wore out fast, almost like the thing was made of metal!!!! Go Figure

In this issue, the story was about the styrene 1/24 Fords from 1960 - 1962. Next issue will be about the styrene foreign car kits they did about the same time.
Don't know if MCM is going to get into the pot metal die cast kits.
Boy, do I remember those. I think we've all had a couple of them.
I remember filing down the molding lines with wood rasp (all I had at the time), then trying to figure out how to fill the gouge marks. Thank goodness for JB Weld! Those were the days ...
