I think the silicone I use is tin. I bought some some dyes from a place in Tempe. He told me most any silicone that is 10 to 1 is tin. The only trouble I have making parts with is making something thick with Polytek PT FLEX 50 and 60. I bought some Polytek silicone that is 1 to 1 mix so that I can do another project. Tin silicone has a lot of alcohol in it. You can bake the silicone out by putting the mold in the oven at 150 for about 12 hours. You can make good tires out of the PT flex 60 and some black dye.
You can look through the items I make and most everything turns out well. I'm still learning.

I plan to make my tires out of resin. What I was getting at was , I had heard that there were cure problems when molding vinyl tires.

Look in my project titled "THE FATE OF W196R" The bottom of the first page and second page are about making tires. I have not had issues of silicone not curing next to the kit tire if this is what you mean. Do you have a pressure pot? You really should have one when attempting to make resin parts. You might become discouraged if you don't have equipment to do casting work.

Then you should be pretty successful with your attempt. It will be a matter of how you design your mold.
