I made a gasket for the BRAINY STRAINER souped up stopper. While using this gasket cutter I decided to make a resin mold of it. I found this handle with this knurled pattern on it. I am going to transfer it to the newly designed tool by Shartin and I. I made this makeshft form as I only need half of it's diameter.I will mix up some silicone to pour in. Now I'm off to the Fox's den.

Out of the mold I made these parts that will be glued on the master somewhat as shown. Lots of trim work to do on these parts. I bought some resin dyes yesterday while stocking up on another gallon kit of the SMOOTH-ON TASK 8 resin that I use. The ones setting on the clear plastic is an attempt to make orange. The one to the right of it is an attempt to make green. The one to the right of it is a white dye. I glued a thin sheet of styrene over the clay filler and then glued the grip strips down after I sanded the backs flat.

This project is boxed in and ready for silicone. I added two screws and gave plenty of room on that end of the mold. Once copies are made a screw can be screwed into the end of the mold and will form the threads that will hold the end plate on that secures the cutting blade.
