Here is the completed chassis mold and two chassis parts. They are very nice. The mold weighs over three pounds. There is more silicone here than in a body mold.

Here are three interiors I have made so far. The one on the left is the first one. It is perfect. I made by making two different pours of resin. The middle one I did the exact same thing but appears to be short of resin some how. The one on the right I did in one pour of a larger amount of resin, it is still pretty darn good with only a couple of small air bubbles. This demonstrates once again that resin casting and life are like a box of chocolates, you just don't know what you are going to get!

I'm not sure which way is up on your mold. If it's detail side down, you might try pouring some resin into the lower mold to catch the parts that get bubbles, then squishing the top on and filling it up.
