Is anyone having issues with the chrome on the roof top beacon base, and the antenna being broken in their 57 police car kit.

If you need one made, "Beacon base" I can turn one out of aluminum,on my lathe.
I have done one so far for my car. It came out really good, and since both of the ones I bought have the same problems I was curious if others were that way to.
If anyone needs one let me Know, and give me some time to get to it.They take about 15 minutes to do, but finding 15 minutes can sometimes be more work LOL.

I just checked my kit and it has a spot on it with no chrome? Is that what you are talking about?

Gabe, did you check the current copy of the D.S.C. rules to see if that is allowed?

Yes Marty thats what I was talking about, although both of mine were broken away from the sprue mounting points.

Mine was broken off too? I'll ask Jonathan to take a look at the one he got and see if it's the same way?
