Chevy Dually

Finished the first one for this year and before 4 months past by!

Its the AMT dually Snap plus kit. Just straight out of the box. Paint is rattle can Tamiya Mica blue. Did a little detail painting on the one piece chassis, lowered the front a bit more, did some detail painting on the dash and gave the interior a black wash to give it some depth, painted the tail lights black then chrome silver in the lens openings with clear red over the top. Nothing special but the first one is out of the way and number 2 & 3 are painted and waiting to be finished...soon I hope!

I think its fixed now...I reloaded the picture to my photobucket yesterday after I noticed there was 11 picture of the truck but only 8 were showing up...so I guess I forgot I had loaded them on here before I did the reload on Photobucket

I am thinking of adding the graphic decals that came with the kit to break up the blue...its a lot of surface on this kit!

Thanks Guys! @ PK Yeah the Monza is the one thats up next to be worked on along with the Jeep now that I got it painted more to my liking.

Thanks Gregg. I have some more detail painting to do still like door handles and stuff. and I am going to try and find some mirrors in the parts box. and then I will be done with it...I might add a receiver hitch out back from scenes unlimited.
