Harold Wants a copy of this in clear. I have done the thin plastic sheet trick with this. I forced clay up through the hole. It is setting on two 3/8 inch pieces of clay. Prep work was pretty easy. I polished it inside and out and had a nick in the front like a rock chip in a real car, but I sanded it and polished it. I keyed this one also.

Now that the mold is complete I will heat it in the oven. I am opposed to this when using a non clear resin. This is a different animal. Again, try not to touch the shiny part. Your finger print might transfer to your new windshield. Also the mold is a little thin from the first pour but I think It will be OK. I could put it all back together, box it in and pour more silicone over it.
