I started on this one yesterday after getting off of work, haven't done much to it yet. I'm going to use Scale Finishes on it. More to come very soon............

Ok after looking at some online photos of the Olds motor I thought I'd give this a try and I have one done and only seven more to go!! Didn't think I would be able to do it, but since I've had my new eyeglasses and can see what I'm doing that first one was pretty easy to do!!

Got the other seven holes drilled and now just need to do the other seven holes in the heads, I haven't seen anyone do this yet? I will be using some gray wire and just used that light blue to see how it would look...

Bad news and good news.
Bad news: You're not the first. I did with mine and another guy did it with his, which was posted on one of the boards.
Good news: However, I'll probably never finish mine, so no one will ever see it. And, the other guy (can't remember his name; don't want to) used what appeared to be scale heater hose for plug wires, so his effort ended up looking horrendous, like a crazed octopus took up residency on top of his rocket.
So . . . you're still the star, Marty! First one publicly seen ... and a credible job at that. As long as you finish it, you're da man.
