Now it was time to get the body on!! It took six of us to lift the body off and two to put it back on!! That is working smarter, not harder!! It was scary thou and I wasn't sure this was a good idea at times!!

Sure you say only two of you put the body back on??? But where are the photos to prove that??? At least one of you had to have a free hand to take a few photos!!!! LOL All kidding aside your Chevelle is coming along, oops I mean Teresa's Chevelle is looking great!!!

Looks pretty cool.....brings back memories though of doing all that to my 69 I was doing before I met all of you guys. I still have a model of the Chevelle being built along with the real car that I need to finish somday. But cant wait to see the Chevelle when its all done Keep up all the hard work Raoul looking good!

Thanks Guy's. Dale those BFG's are old now. They were produced in 2001 and will get replaced. One of the last things will be to powdercoat the rally's and get new tires.

Here are some more updates. I pulled the dores off and finished gutting them. I ordered new window guides and hardware for the doors. That way I don't scratch the new glass. Then I started sanding the doors and jams.

Yes! I shot the clear on it also. Plus I still had some clear in the gun so I shot clear on one of the bodies of a build up I bought from Bernie just to see how it would do!! It went on awsome but next time I will use the airbrush and not the paint gun.

most impressive you have done well young Skywalker LOL i have Star Wars on the brain been watching it on Blu-Ray this week. what a great project i remeber when you bought that car for her. can you believe its been 20 years when we cruised the Phoenix streets together. after restoring that i think i would be afraid to drive it. nice job caint wait to see it done. what color are you going with?
